This isn't your typical burger but it will excite your taste buds! I've been having tons of cravings lately (for no reason) and this hearty meal definitely hit the spot. I received the black bean patty recipe through theyummyplant's meal prep ebook. You all most certainly have to check her out! Hope you enjoy this prep as much as I did!
Ingredients:
* Black Bean Burger recipe
* 1 medium white potato
* 1/2 medium cucumber ( chopped)
* 1 c kale (chopped)
* 1 tbsp dried cranberries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F

3. Chop cucumbers and kale, combine, and add dried cranberries
4. Cut potato into wedges, coat with avocado oil (or any preferred), bake for 20 min or until browned
5. Season potato wedges with salt & pepper (or any preferred)
6. Place ingredients in container and enjoy!
*makes one serving
* Can add any dressing to kale salad if wanted. I used Apple cider vinegar & liquid aminos
