Living a low waste lifestyle is definitely what I'm about these days. Plastic is so harmful and avoiding it is my goal at all times. I use to think that it wasn't possible with food but fellow foodies, we are in 2019 and our options are amazing!
We have the bulk bins/sections. Reusable everything, such as grocery bags, produce bags, utensils, lunch containers, water bottles...the list goes on. It's absolutely incredible!

* Roasted Chickpeas
Steps: rinse and dry chickpeas (1 can), use 1tsp avocado oil (any preferred), place in over at 375 degrees F for 25 min. After cooking add sea salt, paprika, parsley, & garlic powder. Enjoy!
* Sliced Apples with almond butter and hemp seeds (simple protein snack)
