Wraps have been my go-to lately and I can't get enough of Siete Foods almond tortillas. They are absolutely delicious along with A Dozen Cousins curry chickpeas. They have such a tasty kick, that I end up craving them all throughout the week. YUM!
Ingredients:
- 1 c cooked quinoa
- 1/2 c steamed Broccoli
- 1 tsp sesame seeds & 1 lemon wedge
- @adozencousins curry chickpeas
- @sietefoods almond flour tortillas
- 1/2 c raw kale
- handful of micro greens
Directions:
-cook quinoa (added sea salt)
-steam broccoli (added salt & pepper)
-warm up curry chickpeas
-lay tortilla flat & add wrap ingredients & fold
-pack finished product in a container & enjoy!
