Homemade Vegan Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
* 1 block organic extra firm tofu
* 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
* 2 tsp garlic powder
* 2 tsp parsley
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until you get a thick consistency.
2. You can adjust flavoring as you'd like with more salt, garlic, etc.
3. Enjoy!
